It is now even easier to contact our local Safer Neighbourhood Team, thanks to upgrades to the Neighbourhood Matters system.

You might want to consider subscribing to this online service, to get all sorts of useful help and advice from the Police on keeping safe and combatting crime.

Recent alerts from the service have featured guidance for flat-dwellers, of which we are many in Shrewsbury, and also Anti-Social Behaviour Guidance – who to contact about what, if you have concerns.  Whilst the Police take the lead for some behaviours, many are the responsibility of Shropshire Council, and the alert helps to make this clear.  Back numbers of the alerts are also available on the Neighbourhood Matters website.

Photographs of all our SNT officers and PCSOs are there, together with their telephone numbers and email links

The Police.UK website carries month-by-month information on crime reports, showing the location of each alleged crime, as well as some information about each individual crime and how each crime has been resolved.  This gives us, as

residents, real visibility of what is happening and how the Police are dealing with incidents – and protecting us and our town.
